Sometimes people ask me about my diet, my workout regime, and if I take any supplements. 

Just today I was asked if I use Propecia!  (I don’t).  And a few weeks ago someone asked if my eyelashes were all real (they are).  Anyway, here’s my regime which I aim to follow – and am usually successful 90% of the time:

  • Work out three times a week
  • Run three times a week 
  • Take zinc, “Silica Q” supplement for hair, skin and nails, and PrEP, daily
  • Eat in moderation, particularly watching my carbs and sugar.  Although I eat as many veggies and meats and cheeses as I want.  As you might have gleaned, fruits are the wild card!
